When is a reward created?
An eligible reward is recorded when a referred WooCommerce order reaches processing or completed status.
What happens after a refund or cancellation?
The linked reward is marked reversed, so the referral history stays aligned with the order.
Can the store change the offer?
Yes. Reward type, value, friend benefit, minimum order, tracking window and terms are controlled from WordPress admin.
